Charles Sturt University Wagga South Campus.
The South Campus was originally the site of a RAAF Hospital during World War Two.
It became a teaching college after the war and was later incorporated into the CSU.
In 2016 many of the buildings had been boarded up and portions of the site had been sold off and others for sale.
The Uni had built a new VET training hospital and a new Ambulance station had been built on the Fernleigh Road side.
A new housing estate was being built at that time on the Western side of the site.
